Can I customize my dedicated server?

Yes, you can customize the amount of RAM (except for our entry-level Dedicated Servers containing Intel 10-core and Intel dual 10-core), Storage options, dedicated GPU, NICs, and other hardware like firewalls.

For all of our Dedicated Servers, you can purchase these Add-Ons:

  • More storage (choose from HDD, SSD, or NVMe SSD) .
  • Dedicated GPUs (we offer GeForce GT 1030, and NVIDIA Tesla A2 and A4 cards).
  • Additional backup options with unlimited traffic.
  • Upgraded NICs.
  • pfSense hardware firewalls.
  • Managed server option (while we specialize in self-managed servers, we offer ad hoc or regular support with managing your server for a fee should you need help).

For example, we can help you add or remove disks, increase the amount of RAM, add more storage, or set up other cloud solutions like virtual private servers.

After you get in touch with support, one of our support technicians will work with you to figure out what you need, the scope of work and associated fees, and when your server will be temporarily offline so that the hardware changes are implemented.
